Hundreds of Daytonians gathered for a community meal and conversation on Saturday, October 15th, 2016 on the Third Street Bridge for the first Longest Table Dayton. The goal of the event was to connect Daytonians from every corner of the city and region, to meet people we never would have met otherwise. People were randomly assigned to a table and spent the afternoon learning about each other and the neighborhoods we love.

But the people didn't want the conversation to stop there! With the support of the City of Dayton Human Relations Council, we have hosted monthly meals throughout 2017 in neighborhoods all across the city.

This fall The Longest Table will stretch across the Third Street Bridge again! We hope you'll join us. Stay tuned for more details!
